The web site "ARRS"

established and managed by the Slovenian Research Agency.

group of sub-pages at www.arrs.gov.si.

intended to address the specific circumstances of any particular individual or
entity. It may not always necessarily be comprehensive, complete and up to date.

are not subject to simultaneous verification and approval by the founder
therefore we assume no responsibility. Agency does not have control over information appearing on the external
sites and its accuracy, therefore the founder is not liable for the contents,

sites, to which access over connections, located on the ARRS web site, is

Our aim is to keep the information posted on the web site timely and
accurately. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them

managing authority or any person acting on behalf of the Agency with

not be interrupted or otherwise affected by such problems. If a text with

sites, the Agency is bound to warn the guardian of such a web site
and to demand a correction. If the guardian of such web site does not correct
the requested item, the responsible ARRS web site guardian will suppress the
access to such web site.
Agency does not accept any responsibility with regard to
possible problems occurring as a result of using this site or any linked
external sites. Agency does not accept any criminal or civil
liability, it does not give any warranty and it does not bind itself to the
third parties in connection with the use of the web site, except for what it is
obliged by the departmental legislation. The founder is not liable in any case
